These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Sanctuary Clinics, Inc. (“Sanctuary Clinics,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site provides information about, and allows you to register for, the 180° Marriage Weekend, a marriage‑enrichment experience. Additional resources, payment processing, and customer support are also provided through the Site.

Registration, Payments & Refunds
You agree to provide accurate information when registering. All fees are listed in U.S. dollars and are due at the time of registration. Except where required by law, payments are non‑refundable; however, we may, at our sole discretion, offer credits or transfers.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, videos, and software—is owned by Sanctuary Clinics or its licensors and is protected by intellectual‑property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
User Conduct
You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers;

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Leon County, Florida.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
