Their Story
High school sweethearts Allen and Carol discovered the power of marriage transformation firsthand. After 20 years in marriage ministry, they faced their own challenges in 2020 and found Live the Life’s Adventures in Marriage program-which transformed their relationship so profoundly they became certified coaches and instructors. Since 2021, they’ve helped transform hundreds of marriages through coaching and teaching. They’re proud parents of three adult children, doting grandparents, and hosts of The Adventurous Marriage podcast across all social platforms.

High school sweethearts Allen and Carol have been married 30 years and are passionate about helping other couples thrive. They’re proud parents of three adult children and doting grandparents to one miraculous grandchild.
Their marriage ministry journey began 20 years ago as newlywed small group leaders, including mission work in Costa Rica. In 2020, facing their own marriage challenges, they discovered Live the Life’s Adventures in Marriage program—which transformed their relationship so profoundly they became certified coaches and instructors.
Since 2021, they’ve helped transform hundreds of marriages through coaching and teaching, calling it their favorite ministry together.
When not pouring into couples, they’re adventuring through kayaking, surfing, hiking, or cruising in their Mini Cooper. They also host The Adventurous Marriage podcast, sharing their love for marriage, adventure, and the Lord across all social platforms.
